It may take a few minutes before you get a response to the chat. Unfortunately the chat is the only way to contact AliExpress customer service directly. Calling is not possible. There is no phone number you can call.

The official AliExpress customer service does not have a phone number that you can call. Despite the fact that there are a lot of customers who like to call, they have chosen not to add a phone number to the website. Partly because they have orders in dozens of countries with different languages, a good customer service over the phone for AliExpress is actually not possible. A package can take a long time to arrive. There are some details that are important for you to remember.
If a package is reported as received, you have 15 days to open a dispute. After this time, this is no longer allowed and you will not be able to get a refund. This period also applies if a package has not been received.
The parcel must be received within 60 days. AliExpress will automatically report the package as received after 60 days. So immediately open a dispute when the time is up and contact the AliExpress customer service.
